Clinics often run on disconnected tools: a register or spreadsheet at the front desk, prescriptions written or retyped in the consultation room, separate stock records in the pharmacy, and follow-ups that depend on someone remembering to call. Every handover between those tools is a place where time is lost and details slip, and generic software tends to make the team work around it rather than with it.

We treated the clinic as one workflow rather than a set of separate tools. Epic Clinic follows a single patient record through the whole visit, from booking to follow-up, and gives each role its own view of it: front desk, doctor, pharmacy and owner.

It started as a system built for a working clinic, and was then rebuilt and extended as a product we design, build and maintain ourselves.

A central platform for a clinic's day-to-day operations. Patients book online with an OTP-verified phone number. Doctors record consultations with tap-first clinical presets and issue prescriptions from reusable regimen templates. The pharmacy dispenses against live stock, earliest expiry first. Booking confirmations, follow-up reminders and feedback requests go out over WhatsApp, and the owner sees revenue and appointment outcomes in a live dashboard.

How a visit moves through Epic Clinic

  1. Book. Patients self-book online with an OTP-verified phone number.
  2. Call in. One tap from the consultation room tells the front desk the doctor is ready.
  3. Consult. Symptoms, severity and findings are picked from clinical presets, with vitals captured as structured data.
  4. Prescribe. Reusable regimen templates fill in the dosing pattern and advice.
  5. Dispense. The pharmacy dispenses against live stock, earliest expiry first.
  6. Follow up. The next visit is scheduled and reminded over WhatsApp.
  7. Feedback. A short message after the visit asks how it went.

Epic Clinic is a proprietary product developed and maintained by Epic Web Works, and the clearest example of what we build when we own a problem end to end: not a marketing site, but the software a business runs its day on. It is modular, so a clinic can start with booking and prescriptions and add pharmacy and analytics later.
